Thursday — Heart Chakra (Love & Compassion)
“What would it look like to meet myself—and others—with more softness today?”
I am so being asked to do this today. I’ve had a fear of safety issue come up for my grandchildren and I’ve had to dig deep as to where it is coming from, and of course stems from my childhood of not ever feeling safe. So, doing my best to nuture myself today and come from a place a love for others. Thank goodness for my art practice!! As I look at this art piece I did, it looks so different to me than when I first did it awhile back. It’s as if all these energies (people?) are trying to enter my heart, but it is already to full and I feel like I just can’t take on anymore, but I do see behind all the energies, there is a stillness. I will be working on that stillness today. Blessings.
