Open Door Healing

This morning I took a walk around my land, with no other purpose than to walk it. It was a beautiful morning, the birds were out singing their glorious songs, the air was fresh and crisp and I found myself relishing every step. Most of the time when I am outside it is to do something; feed the critters, pick up sticks or my dog’s tennis balls, check on my flowers etc. I used to walk my land every morning, and then somehow, life got complicated, I succumbed to a health issue, and honestly fear took hold. I am ready for life to flow again, to be healthy, to enjoy my land, to revel in its beauty, its gifts. I know I am very lucky to have land to walk on. Not all want it of course, it does take effort to keep it up, but to me, it is so worth it. At least for today. As I walked, I did notice things that needed tending to, and they will. Just not today. As I go throughout my day today, I will continue to take the gifts I received this morning from my beautiful land, and how it set the tone for my day. Blessings.
